How to Pay

To bring you the best online shopping experience, we offer multiple payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card via Paymaya


On the payment page, select 'Pay Via Credit/Debit Card & PayMaya Wallet' to pay via Credit/Debit Card & PayMaya Wallet.

Click "COMPLETE ORDER" and you will be redirected to Paymaya's secure payment page to input your card details and confirm your purchase. 

  • On Paymaya's Secure Payment Page. Choose the country where your Credit/Debit Card was issued.
  • Enter your Card Number and other information required.
  • Click the blue "CONTINUE" button at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to a payment confirmation page on the Ellana Cosmetics website.

Paymaya will send you a transaction receipt via email. This will be followed by a Confirmation email confirming your order with us.

Reminder: Changes to your order (items purchased, delivery address, etc.) may be done only within 1 hour of your order. Instructions can be found on your Confirmation Email.

 

GCASH - Instant Pay 

On the payment page, select 'GCash - Instant Payment' to pay thru PayMongo app.

Click "COMPLETE ORDER" and you will be redirected to PayMongo's secure payment page.

  • On PayMongo's Secure Payment Page. Input your active email address and name.
  • Click the "Authorize Payment" Button.
  • Input your registered GCash mobile number.
  • Click "Next".
  • Wait for the authentication code sent to your mobile number.
  • Enter your 4-digit MPIN.
  • Check all the details and click "Confirm and Pay".

Reminder: Changes to your order (items purchased, delivery address, etc.) may be done only within 1 hour of your order. Instructions can be found on your Confirmation Email.

PayPal

On the payment page, select 'PayPal' to pay via PayPal app.

Click "COMPLETE ORDER" and you will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment page.

  • On PayPal's Secure Payment Page. Input your PayPal registered email address or mobile number. 
  • Click "Next". If you don't have a PayPal account, you can continue by selecting "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".
  • Input your card details, billing address and contact information.
  • Click "Pay Now".

GrabPay

On the payment page, select 'GrabPay' to pay via GrabPay app.

Click "COMPLETE ORDER" and you will be redirected to GrabPay's secure payment page.

  • On GrabPay's Secure Payment Page. Enter the mobile number registered with your Grab account

  • Enter the 6 digit code sent to your mobile number

TendoPay

On the payment page, select 'TendoPay'. 

Click "COMPLETE ORDER" and you will be redirected to TendoPay's secure payment page.

TendoPay allows you to pay later through installments. Click here for answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on using TendoPay.

Cash on Delivery

On the payment page, select 'Cash On Delivery' to pay in cash when your package arrives at your doorstep (Philippines only, not available for international orders).

Click "COMPLETE ORDER" to confirm your purchase. 

You will receive a Confirmation email regarding your order with us with instructions how to track your package.

If you will not be able to receive your package in person, assign a trusted person at the address you submitted and provide them with an authorization letter and the cash payment.
