To our beloved Ellana family,
The past few days have been...pretty crazy, we’ll admit. With the community quarantine and constant news updates, we’re all feeling scared and anxious. While we don’t have the answers to COVID, as a business we can do our part to ensure the country can bounce back once the virus dies down.
We have been working hard around the clock, to make sure you, our customers, partners, and team members, are all taken care of now and in the future. With these in mind, we'd like to share with you all the commitments we’re making to you, our Ellana family.

#2 Take care of each other, together.
Our stores will continue for as long as malls are operating. Our trained store staff can assist you and maintain social distance. For your safety, we have stringent sanitation measures in place. We continue to adhere to our SOPs. We disinfect brushes and makeup testers with our Makeup Brush Cleaner. We disinfect high-touch areas multiple times per day.
Store staff from closed malls will be reassigned to other departments. This is to ensure they continue to earn income to support their families.
For other team members, we've adopted a mix of protocols to limit team members' unnecessary exposure to COVID-19. These include work from home arrangements, compressed workweeks, and social distancing protocols.

Plus you can also get a few new products we just released. For your safety, we ensure proper handling of your orders. The Ellana Team and our partners follow strict disinfection protocols.
Shop online confidently! If you buy foundation and concealer and realize it’s not the perfect match, we will replace it. Our Shade Replacement Policy allows you to avail of a one-time shade change. Ellana Customer Service can assist you with this. Also, Metro Manila customers enjoy Free Shipping & COD until April 15.
